Hood View Field Information




Hood View Park Guidelines & Protocol

In order to ensure our field use complies with applicable Oregon Health Authority guidance, all field users must adhere to the following guidelines.

·      Field use is limited to participants only. No spectators are allowed at Hood View Park at any time however, for the safety of our younger players parents may walk player to entrance of field but may not linger (masks must be worn at all times).

·      Parking, Entry and Exit: Each field has it’s own designated entrance and parking lot that you must use.  There are not separate entrances and exits so please walk to the right on walkway to maintain social distancing. There are no exceptions

o   FIELD 2 drop-off/park in the WEST parking lot and may only use that entrance/exit.

o   FIELD 3 drop-off/park in the SOUTH parking lot and may only use that entrance/exit.

FIELD 4 drop-off/park in the EAST parking lot and may only use that entrance/exit.


o   Arrival & Exit Times: You may not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your start time and the group before you must have completely exited the facility before you enter.  When your game ends you must quickly leave the facility.. 

·      Porta Potties: Each field will have assigned porta potties. Users on each field will not be allowed to use porta potties assigned to other fields. This includes all referees, coaches, and participants.

·      Masks: Masks are required at all times while using the Hood View Park facility. The mask requirement takes affect the moment the participant exits their automobile until the time they get back into their automobile to leave. 

·      COVID-19 protocol:

o   Rental Group Health Screening and Participation Tracking Form: prior to each practice attendance will be taken and each participant must be asked the health screening questions and their temperature must be taken.

o   Groups must adhere to standard Phase One COVID-19 protocol that limits contact between individuals and maximizes social distance. No high fives, no handshakes, and participants should stay at least 6 feet apart unless playing aspects of the game that require a closer proximity. Additionally, frequent hand disinfection, covering sneezes and coughs, disinfection of any shared equipment between groups, but preferably between individual users are required. For example: If a coach uses shared equipment each practice, the coach is required to disinfect the equipment prior to her or his team’s next practice, but preferably in-between use of individual players on her/his team.
