OYSA Scholarship 

Families, 

The OYSA scholarship fund is being proudly administered by the Oregon Youth Soccer Foundation and is offered to any player registered with a member club that meets the eligibility requirements listed below.

Each eligible player may receive up to $100 in registration fees for a seasonal year. We've made it very easy to apply.

Families can qualify by presenting one of the following documents:

• Medicaid 

• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

• WIC Enrollment

Information needed to fill out the form:

• Club Name: Clackamas United Soccer Club

• Fees - 

  1. Classic: $1395

  2. HS: $1050

  3. PDP [U10-U9]:  $850

  4. PDP [U8]:  $450

  5. Rec: $125

• Practice Start Time: 

  1. Classic & Developmental (PDP): June 3rd

  2. Rec: August 19th 

Some additional information:

• Household with multiple children can apply for each child, just fill out a separate application for each one

• Any scholarship monies will be paid directly to the club stating who it is for and where it should be applied

• Attempts to submit falsified documents to qualify a player will result in declined application and will forfeit any future scholarships.

• The player applying must be rostered to an OYSA league team, and not another league or entity.

• Only parents and/or legal guardian(s) of the child listed in the application are permitted to apply on behalf of the player

• If funds are not used within 60 days of your approval date, your funds will be terminated, and you will have to reapply.

• The scholarship is for recreational and competitive players playing in OYSA sanctioned leagues.
