Player Development Program

Our Player Developmental Program is designed for 2nd – 4th grade players who are ready for a more competitive environment beyond recreational soccer.

This program focuses on building strong technical skills, game understanding, and a love for the game in a structured, development-first setting.

Unlike Rec, this program emphasizes a higher level of commitment, skill development, and competitive play. It serves as a key pathway for players preparing to advance into our Classic program.

Teams compete in the OYSA Developmental League on Sundays during both the Fall and Spring seasons, with an 8-game schedule each season. Players train twice per week, allowing for consistent growth and progression throughout the year.
