Our Commitment
Clackamas United Soccer Club is dedicated to ensuring that every child in our community has the opportunity to play soccer, regardless of their family's financial situation. Our scholarship program is designed to provide assistance to families in need, helping to cover the costs of registration fees.
Before applying for a scholarship, please be sure to review our main Scholarship information page.
* Please note that financial aid is only applicable to registration fees for our main programs (Recreational, Developmental, or Competitive). It does not include optional extra programs like camps, tournaments or futsal.
How to Apply
There are two ways to apply for a scholarship. Please select the method that applies to you:

Step 1: Register Your Player in PlayMetrics
We support financial aid applications for all registered players. All applications are submitted via PlayMetrics.
Step 2: Find the Scholarship Application Form
If you have already registered your player and now need to apply for a scholarship, you can find the application form within your PlayMetrics account.

Follow these steps to find the scholarship application on the PlayMetrics website.

Click "Club Programs" on the left side menu.

Click "Financial Aid" in the top menu.

Click "Request Financial Aid" in the top right corner.
*Before submitting your tax documentation with your application, please ensure you have masked out/hidden sensitive information such as your SSN, address, etc
*DO NOT complete your registration and payment after submitting a financial aid application.

Click "+" in the top right corner of the screen.
In the following page select the player(s) for whom you are applying for financial aid. Then start completing the form.
*Before submitting your tax documentation with your application, please ensure you have masked out/hidden sensitive information such as your SSN, address, etc
*DO NOT complete your registration and payment after submitting a financial aid application.
Step 3: Await a Decision
The scholarship committee reviews all applications. You will be notified via email in PlayMetrics when:
- If we have any questions about your application.
- If we would like to see more documentation to support your application.
- Once a decision has been made on your application.
If you have been awarded financial aid, you can log back into PlayMetrics to pay any remaining balance or setup a payment plan for your player's registration.
*Please note that your player will not lose their spot on a team because you have applied for financial aid.

You can apply for financial aid directly within the player registration flow. When you reach the "Pricing and Payments" step, you will see an option to apply. The instructions below will guide you.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the deadline to apply?
While we do not have a strict deadline, we do ask that families complete their registration within 72 hours of being awarded financial aid support.
What does the scholarship cover?
Scholarships are applied directly to club registration fees, (if you elect to pay monthly it will lower your monthly payment equally across all months).
Are uniforms included in the financial aid?
Our financial aid does not typically cover uniforms, however there is a space in our application form to share more information - if uniform support is critical to you please share more information with us.
Is my application confidential?
Yes. All applications are kept strictly confidential and are only reviewed by the scholarship committee.
