The 2024/25 soccer season has concluded, while we wait for the start of the 2025/26 season - we wanted to share some exciting  updates from our Financial Aid (Scholarship) Program. 

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our processes, we transitioned our club management to the PlayMetrics platform before the 2024/25 season began. This move brought numerous benefits, most notably enabling us to offer an open financial aid registration for the first time.

The open Financial Aid Program marked a significant step forward in our mission to make soccer accessible to everyone in our community. By centralizing our data and optimizing outreach through PlayMetrics, we've made our programs more accessible than ever before. This has led to increased participation and allowed us to connect with underserved communities in meaningful new ways. 

Through this program, we're breaking down financial barriers, ensuring that more players can experience the joy of soccer, and reinforcing our commitment to fostering equitable access to sports and recreation.

Now that the season has concluded, we wanted to share some updates: 

• We have awarded 94 scholarships for partial or complete fees. [ Value: $47,350 ]
• We have awarded 27 scholarships to help pay for player uniforms [ Value: $8,812 ]

As you can see we have awarded over $56,000 of financial aid this year.   

One of the standout achievements is that 30 players and their families received full (100%) scholarships, covering all their fees. Without this support, many of these players wouldn't have had the opportunity to play soccer this season, and we're incredibly proud to have made that possible!
