Recreational

Our recreational program is an ideal way to introduce new players to the sport.  It is designed to not only teach players the game, but also provide a fun environment in which to do so. Our recreational program players can start playing during pre-school (4 years old), all the way through to high school (18 years old).  

• In the 4-6 year old group, it is a fun and exciting time for young players as they are introduced to soccer and begin their journey with the club.  

• The recreational program for players aged 7-10 years old is focused on learning and playing soccer in a fun and relaxed environment.  It also provides opportunities for players in the PDP program as they develop.

• Players in the 10-18 year old group will be playing soccer in a fun and relaxed environment too; offering the opportunity to join the classic program for players who want to play more competitively. 

Mini's and Micros

• [Pre-school - 1st grade - ages 4-6]

  • We typically offer one practice and one game per week which usually begin in mid August.

  • A t-shirt is included with fees for the fall season.

  • Teams will play 3 v 3 or 4 v 4 depending on age.

• Kindergarten - 1st Grade

• Equipment Needed

  • Size 3 soccer ball

  • Shinguards

  • Soccer cleats or turf shoes

Recreational Soccer

• [2nd Grade]

  • This is a transitional age for soccer players. After this season players are eligible to join the PDP program for those players who are interested in playing at a more competitive level.

  • This age group is played as an in-house group playing agianst each other to keep it simple.

  • Teams will play 4 v 4 format.

  • Nike uniforms are required at this age.

• [3rd and 4th Grade]

  • Teams will play in the Soccer 5 recreational league.

  • Most teams will practice twice a week.

  • Teams will play 7 v 7 format.

  • Nike uniforms are required at this age.

• [5th and 6th Grade]

  • Teams will play in the Soccer 5 recreational league.

  • Teams will play 9 v 9 format.

  • Nike uniforms are required at this age.

• [7th and 8th Grade]

  • Teams will play in the Soccer 5 recreational league.

  • Teams will play 11 v 11 format.

  • Nike uniforms are now required at this age group and above.

• [High School]

  • Teams will play in the Soccer 5 recreational league.

  • Primarily aimed at players not in a high school team or on a classic team.

  • Some year group may be combined, i.e. Freshmen/Sophomores and Juniors/Seniors.

  • Nike uniforms are now required at this age group.
