Position Title: Club Treasurer

Hours: This is a part time role, which is expected to require no more than 5 hours a week, on average
Overview
The Treasurer is responsible for the day to day financial operation of Clackamas United.
The role holder will be primarily responsible for:
To maintain the clubs day to day accounting.
Provide regular reporting to The Board as required.
Comply with all financial reporting obligations, and work with our tax preparation service provider to ensure prompt filing.
The recording of all financial transactions.
Collection of all revenue, payments, and donations.
Ensure prompt payment for all our obligations.
Responsibilities
Working with the V.P. of Business Operations and The Board the Treasurer will be empowered to ensure the fiscal security of Clackamas United.
Preparing the clubs annual budget, including cash flow projections at the start of the year ensuring fiscal responsiblity year round.
The recording of all financial transactions in our accounting system, including maintaining a register of all cliub assets and liabilites.
Regularly reviewing actual financial performance and results for any given period compared with the budget for the same period.
Provide monthly P&L statements for review by The Board.
Provide a montly payment list for the prior month.
Provide and maintain a shared schedule for regular payments.
Requirements
The role holder is expected to have a working proficiency with:
Quickbooks
Spreadsheets (Google Sheets preferred)
Word Processing (Google Docs preferred)
